I have been certified by the National Notary Association. I am available to work with title companies, signing companies, attorneys, etc.
WITNESS SERVICES
Should you need to just have an impartial witness for an important document signing I would be happy to assist.
COMMERCIAL REGISTERED AGENT
I am registered with the Nevada Secretary of State's office. I will maintain your business entity records, forward mail, accept service, assist in the upkeep of your entities' yearly filings, minutes, etc. I can act for both domestic and foreign entities.
